Call Center Agents

Location: Soho - Málaga, Spain

At Solturo Management, we are looking for dedicated Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for U.S. clients, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Strong English communication skills are essential, with additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, focusing on lead generation.
Provide information about our services and identify opportunities for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Adapt communication style to different customer personas and handle objections professionally.
Transfer qualified leads to Sales Representatives for closing.

Requirements

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience working with U.S. customers is preferred.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle high call volumes in a multicultural setting.
